Highlights of the VanDusen Show (continued)

Artist Jill Gannon reclaims rustic remnants of our rural past, invigorating them with garden scenes. Jill works in Mission, BC.
Keeping with the rustic theme, these metal hens and chicks complement the lighter terracotta pots now in favor across the Pacific Northwest.

Garden artifacts from Las Amarillas Importers, Surrey, BC.

Dawna Ehman (in photo below, center back) and "Grandpa" (he's the one with the compost-stuffed body and snappy red sneakers) greeted all who stopped by the Dig This booth. This bouquet echoes the beauty of the VanDusen perennial beds at the time of the Show. You'd swear those delphiniums came right out of the beds nearby! (but we know they didn't).
